Made totally from stainless steel and with no need for building work for installation as it rests directly on the floor.

Managing multiple salting processes, with automatic loading and unloading of production groups.

Storage and movement

The groups are stored on parallel tracks, with stainless profiles and pneumatic hatches. The cheese is drawn though by the water current.

Even brine distribution

The upper track sprinkles brine on the top of the cheese, which is not submerged.

This type of salter can also be manufactured with submerged cages on each track, increasing capacity for very high production levels.

In the case of submerged cages, building work will be necessary.
